Volunteer Opportunities
We are in need of volunteers with several positions available.
WHY VOLUNTEER?
- Interact and network with families, professionals, local and national presenters
- A few hours of service contributes significantly to the success of the conference
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
- Family members, students, and professionals with an interest are encouraged to apply
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Volunteer will work one full day (7 am--5 pm) and will receive free conference registration
- Volunteers will be assigned to a specific volunteer position
- Volunteers will receive free conference registration but are responsible for other expenses such as travel / lodging, meals, etc.
- Volunteers will be selected on the basis of their application as a limited number of volunteer positions are available
- Volunteers are required to attend a mandatory orientation prior to the conference
- Applications will be accepted until October 1, 2010
- Incomplete applications will be returned
- Volunteer applicants should not complete the conference registration process until notified by a conference representative
- Applicants will be notified by October 15, 2010
